Dijous al
migdia vam rebre la tan esperada visita dels alumnes berlinesos que fan
l’intercanvi amb alumnes de primer de Batxillerat del Castell.
Després d’una estona de nervis i
tímides mirades, tant alemanys com catalans es van integrar molt bé en
converses que els van permetre fer un primer intercanvi d’informació de tots
aquells aspectes que més els interessaven durant la seva estada o en quant a la
nostra cultura, ja van tenir l’ocasió de fer els primers tasts de la cuina catalana
i del país en general. Els nostres alumnes i les seves famílies, també alguns
professors, van tenir el detall de preparar una gran varietat de plats típics.
Se’ls hi va fer un tour per l’escola
explicant una mica la nostra manera de fer en el sistema educatiu i en
l’organització de l’institut i, cap a les 18:00h, les famílies acollidores van
venir a buscar els seus fills i companys alemanys per portar-los a casa.
Benvinguts a tots, estem molt contents de tenir-vos
amb nosaltres!
On thursday afternoon, we had the so long-awaited arrival of the German
students from Berlin who are part of an exchange programme with our students in
the first year of post compulsory secondary education. Even though our students were initially quite excited and shy, both German
and Catalan students engaged in long conversations that allowed them to
exchange information about all those aspects that they could be most interested
in during their stay or about our culture. They even tasted the first samples
of Catalan and Spanish gastronomy, since our students and their families, and
also some teachers, cooked a wide range of typical dishes for us all.
Following, they visited the school and we explained to them the main
characteristics of the educational system here and some aspects about the
organization of our school. By 6 pm, the host families came to pick their
children and their partners up to take them home.
